Online payments require Square

CriterionOS uses Square to process parent tuition payments. A daycare must create or connect its own eligible Square seller account and link its bank account before accepting one-time or recurring online payments. Square approval and processing fees are separate from the CriterionOS subscription.

Square is optional if the daycare only uses attendance, enrollment, communication, reporting, or records external payments such as cash and checks.
